This is all about new beginnings. After careers in scientific research and education, I’m starting a new chapter. Even though I’m technically “retiring” from my latest job as a public school superintendent, the word “retire” had too many negative connotations. So, I’m recharting instead.
I’ll be exploring my interests including photography, cooking, and writing here. I’ll also be sharing reflections on wellbeing and the power of focusing on what we do well. As a Gallup Strengths Coach, I’m hopeful those interested in continuous improvement will find this site interesting and valuable.
